Casino-themed events offered by our company are entertainment-only events with no real money, no wagering, no betting, and no monetary prizes. These events do not constitute gambling and are fully compliant with the New Zealand Gambling Act 2003. We do not hold and do not require a gambling licence.

6. Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of event, timeline, and services booked. Specific cancellation terms will be included in your Service Agreement. In general:

• Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be entitled to a partial or full refund of deposits.
• Late cancellations may result in forfeit of deposit and additional charges for costs already incurred.
• Significant changes to event scope after agreement may require renegotiation of terms and pricing.

7. Intellectual Property
